Book 2 in the series is complete! I love Sloane and Declan. Her strength in any situation is so admirable and I love how Declan loves her just how she needs. They were a few little things that weren’t my vibe but otherwise I enjoyed this one!

JT does it again - I might have even liked it better than Ruthless Creatures. Found myself wishing Sloan was a real life person I could be friends with - without the whole mafia complication. I don’t think these can be stand-alone as some have said, and the series is so good you should read the whole thing.

Obsessed with this book, one of the few times where the second book was better than the first. I loved the banter, the background to the FMC and the immediate obsession that the MMC had with the FMC. Only reason I give the book a 4.75 instead of 5.0 is because it ends in a cliff hanger. Otherwise it was the perfect mafia, kidnapped to lovers, badass FMC book.
