This book kind of seemed to drag out a bit. As a parent I found it sad after the first few chapters. The courtroom seems we're missing something striking, they were ok, but not knock em out of the park scenes. I could kinda see the plot twists coming, but also still made me sad. Too much focus pitting sister against sister for the most part tbh. Was an ok read, but I did find it hard at times to not just give up and DNF it.

This book was soooo boring. The courtroom was not dramatic and the whole premise was that one sister was better than the other but she couldn’t have kids. Why does every woman want kids?
The characters were unlikeable and I don’t care about the dead kid.
