I am so disappointed with this book. I was intrigued at first. But, I was not immersed in this world. It read like an essay at times to me at least and I found myself distracted and lost track of whose perspective I was reading this from at the moment. I was bored with the court room scenes, and the twists came too late, and I was not surprised at all by them. It felt like the twists were there just for the sake of being there.
