WHAT A RIDE! I had no idea what to expect from the ending until we were there and I kinda saw it coming but also didn't! I loved this (not as much as book #1, but it was definitely such a good read... well listen rather, because I did listen to the audiobook which I would highly recommend because it was A FANTASTIC WAY to experience the book) but I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars because the actually plot wasn't as strong as the first book.

Ravi Singh you have graduated to one of the top book boyfriends congratulations. Also making a man who is pretty much my type is unheard of in books so well done.

Writing is very very awkward at times and story is a little too ridiculous (also I thought she graduated high school? I mean she finished her senior project in the last book). Enjoyable, but there are better murder mysteries out there

This wasn’t as good as the first book, but I had a fun time reading it. It started a bit slow, but definitely picked up towards the middle. Pip still has very few survival instincts, but still gotta love her as a main character.
Reading this after finishing season one of the Netflix adaptation has me confused about the absence of a specific character. I’m sure they’ll find a way to work them into season 2, but I will be interested to see how they’re introduced without the context from the first book.
I’m looking forward to finishing up this series!

Fun airplane read. I think I enjoyed this one more than the original. Similar format but like the spin on using podcast and catfishing makes if very relevant to current times. . It is a little far fetched how much trouble Pip gets herself into.
