I am OBSESSED! This is my second time reading this author and she does not disappoint. I loved the story, the characters, the spice. Everything was presented in an equally desired way. One thing I love about her writing is that it is very clearly written for adults with the language and the messages. It feels mature without being boring. I can’t wait to continue the Kings of Sin series!

this is a very standard ana huang book. i feel like it kind of gives off twisted love vibes but a little more mature. i do like the fmc and the mmc but the plot is a little lackluster. i will be reading king of pride because kai was lowkey the highlight of this book.
dark emotional relaxing tense

DNF at 59%.

I could reread Harry Potter for the 12th time and still be more surprised by what happens.

I wanted to like this book, but it wasn't for me. I had a hard time with some of the cliche lines, and there was so much repetitive languages and dialogue. For me, the story felt disjointed with poor pacing
