It lasted until about 60% until I started skimming.
The writing was so odd to me. It’s like the author kept writing in circles at certain times. And so many scenes just DRAGGED on forever. I also didn’t love the FMC

3🌶️
This story had everything I crave in an Omegaverse story, plus so many things I didn’t even know I needed. It featured a traumatized omega learning to trust alphas again, and the incredibly patient alphas who gave her the space to do that. As such, there was a lot of the hurt/comfort trope. Some other tropes include billionaire MMCs, touch-her-and-💀 vibes, cooking as foreplay, and a sprinkling of Cinderella there at the end.
This story was RIFE with plot, angst, and emotions. I loved it from start to finish. It wasn’t as spicy as some OV stories, and I’m not mad about it. It felt authentic and natural. I would classify this as a medium burn. It was still open door and HOT in the scenes it did have.
So excited for the next book to release and to read more from Ember L Nicole!

they saved her from being abused the best possible way.. i still think about that scene in the bushes 😂 i also like how the author explored her relationships with them individually, and also together. thought that it made it better, and her mom??? omg, they were so considerate of her and her things 💕
