Nothing happens in this book. It's all the narrator's internal monologue about how to be cool (fake as fuck) and dangerously thin. Eventually she tells you thru flash back that she was raped and a victim of a school shooting. Flash forward. Her rapist apologizes and she breaks up with her fiance. the end.
