I’m not sure where but at some point along this book I lost the plot. Can’t pinpoint it but ….forced myself to finish.

YOU KNOW I LOVE BOOK 1 SO WHAT DO YOU THINK IM GOING TO SAY

GO!
READ!
THESE!
BOOKS!

okay, moving on, maybe I will stop talking about this dualogy someday but that day is not today.

The TWISTS (like I normally catch on to things but there were a couple things that genuinely caught me off guard)

The found family
adventurous emotional mysterious tense fast-paced

It was fine, not spectacular but fine. I didn't vibe at all with Kirsi's POV even tho I really liked her as a character.

Tor and Atty were great, I found them to be the release we had with Grey as if they were kind of the substitutes.

It angers me a bit that the story was more than ok, not that predictable and all but the ending? Girl wtf, should we really take all of Raven's fucking power??? I hate that, I hate that a lot and it happens in a lot of books without that much sense. I liked most of the plot twist don't get me wrong but I didn't really understand Willow's place in that specific scene at the ending but FINE, ok, I can work with that. I can't work with the easiness of everything later on tho just with the 'switching places' thing.

The first book was so so amazing but I can’t barely keep my eyes open during this one.

I’m sad to say goodbye to these characters!❤️✨ I really enjoyed this duology! Raven and Kirsi’s friendship is true and I loved getting their dynamic in this second book. Kirsi really comes into her own and I enjoyed that we were able to gain her perspective!🥰

Miranda Lyn really knows how to create an immersive magical world, with intricate politics and lore weaved throughout (with big twists) and able to do so without  it becoming over complicated! This is such a skill and I look forward to reading more of Lyn’s books going forward!✨

I loved the magic and the new characters who were introduced in this second book! I really loved the sense of found family that gradually was built upon throughout the chapters!🥰

It took me a little while to get through this book as I had a busy month, however, once I picked it back up, I really couldn’t put it down! I would definitely recommend this series to any fantasy lovers looking for a smaller commitment (Aka, not an 8 book series!🤣) it will fill the fantasy void!✨

Unbound Witch was the perfect ending to the first book, Unmarked Witch. It’s full of love, found family, and all things adventure. I loved the intricacies woven throughout the book! May or may not have been on the verge of tears towards the end…

The first book was great! This one was kind of all over the place, and was really hard to get through. Lacked some chemistry/tension building.. lots of seemingly random things happened.. I don't know what to make of it. Meh
