Well, I had to google Tradwife, but was fully into the premise and ready to dive in. I guess I should have presupposed that the conservative Christian husband wouldn't just be those two things, but mean, abusive, oppressive and patriarchal as well. Anyway, I was still up for the story to see what would happen...and what the big secret was. With a semi-strong start introducing lots of interesting characters (although none especially likable) it just began to fall flat for me. If you're looking for a quick read or listen about Tradwives this will likely be right up your alley.
I thought the narrator did a decent job capturing different accents and genders.

Madison March is a trad wife with a huge social media following and all of her followers think she has the perfect life and perfect family. Naturally she doesn’t as we can tell from the title. It felt like I was reading a Netflix series that I didn’t want to stop reading but I really enjoyed it. I couldn’t pick all the twists it had, which I loved. There were characters I loved, but there were also characters I really despised. Overall a really good read.

Honestly, I hated this. The trad wife stuff eventually just felt like too much. Almost brainwashy. The twists were ok. But I almost DNFd this a few times. I think based on the subject matter - this just wasn't a book for me.

A nice easy read. Was genuinely surprised by the Brianna twist, but found the very ending a bit weak.
