Her holding out a pinkie finger to make a promise.

"What if I don't want this one?" As he touches her ring finger,
"What If I want this one?"

NO!! the ending?????? it’s so rude to make me cry

this book was sooo stressful and there was SO MUCH going on. i kind of got a little bit confused with all the politics and intersecting plot lines, but other than that this book was so good.
i loved all the characters and the romance + it was v interesting & entertaining but I’m SAD!!

I knew there was a 95% chance that the ending would be how it was because the duology is a Romeo & Juliet retelling but I still had hope. I was searching so hard into that epilogue for any clues that they were still alive, and I’ve come to the conclusion that they are alive, singularly just for my sanity to stay intact. Roma and Juliette are alive, thanks for coming to my TED talk.
