Blah and blah. I liked [b:Matched|7735333|Matched (Matched, #1)|Ally Condie|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1311704885s/7735333.jpg|9631645] and was disappointed by [b:Crossed|9794437|Crossed (Matched, #2)|Ally Condie|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1328369941s/9794437.jpg|14449475]. After the long, slow middle, everything else felt very anti-climatic. I really didn't care who Cassia chose or if they solved the novel's main problem, but all the same it felt like things tied up a little too neatly. Also, is just me, or was Xander more interesting than Indie and Ky put together? Oh, and the whole red, blue, green symbolism got heavy-handed toward the end.
This is another series where I had trouble making more than a passing emotional connection to the characters or events; none of the deaths hit hard at all, and that means for me, that whatever the author was doing, it wasn't working. I stuck it out with this series, but I don't feel it paid off, and I don't think I'll be picking up another [a:Ally Condie|1304470|Ally Condie|http://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1325882614p2/1304470.jpg] book in the future.

This book was only okay. It was pretty cheesy, but I was glad that Xander wasn't left alone without anyone to love him. This series was an okay series, but the attempt of trying to be poetic bothers me and makes me lose track of the story. I can't believe that so many people died in this book. I also don;t like how the book has so many scientific words. I thought it was supposed to be a dystopian romance. I didn't expect this at all.
A great ending to the series. I was a little worried that it would end horribly, but Ally Condie wrapped things up well and didn't leave us hanging. Great series. Although it did seem to mirror a lot of things similar to The Giver series, it was different and it was set up to be more of a book a teenage girl would read.
slow-paced
I don't think it was a good ending to the trilogy. It started off really boring and then when it was getting into the action parts - everything coming to a head and me wanting to finish the book - I didn't really care. I think that there could've been more focus on other characters. Lei should've had a chapter - at least one. I was more interested in her story and in Indie than Cassia.
Better than the second and a good end to the trilogy overall.
Wow... Just wow.
Such a great ending to this trilogy.
