I read an ARC copy of Covenant by Cora Rose and Lark Taylor and devoured it. I could not wait for a reread via audio when it was released!
The audio was produced by @spicyreadsandhea so you know the quality is going to be top tier and I was not disappointed.
This book is narrated by Harley Chase and it was perfection, in both the present day and flashbacks. He brought the hatred, passion, pinning and emotion of the characters to life.
I cannot recommend this book and audio enough!

EBook review:

From the first chapter I was hooked, and I did not stop until the book was done. I could not put it down!

The Firm can grant any wish but there is always a price to pay. Wyatt seemingly has it all, successful job, finance, penthouse. The only thing bothering him is his new boss, a person from his past he despises. Then Wyatt’s life falls apart, he desperately turns to the people he swore never to turn to for help, the Firm. The price, an arranged marriage to the man he hates, Matthias.

We are not privy to the past and I needed to know the circumstances that lead both Matthias and Wyatt to where they are today.

Throughout the book you are given clues and snippets that piece the story together and also keep you guessing! I loved the unique story telling, being told the present from Wyatt and past from Matthias. Their story is so sweet and heartbreaking.

I loved the intrigue with the Firm, the forced proximity, the tension and chemistry, the morally grey vibes, and the brilliant side characters that I cannot wait to read more about.

I’m absolutely hooked on the series and the next book cannot come soon enough!

Wyatt is taking care of his brother after a serious car accident that left him as an amputee.  Now their facing medical bills and rehab bills.  Wyatt feels he’s left with no option but to turn to The Firm for help.  The Firm is a secret organization who assist when needed, but their help comes with a price that you are locked into paying.  The price Wyatt is asked to pay is a marriage to his rival, Matthias.  Matthias also owes a debt to The Firm.  Wyatt and Matthias were childhood friends tragically torn apart.  There was a lot of tenson, angst and pining in this story.  Parts of this book were deep and heavy but luckily they get their HEA!
