In all honesty I DNF this book. But I read 200 pages before realising I couldn’t carry on - just not interested enough in the characters or storyline. The writing is fine but it could have been edited down to half the length, which would have made for a much sharper and more engaging story.

A very unique story, but it takes its sweet time getting to the point. There were a few twists I didn’t see coming and the end was a pleasant surprise. The writing can be very cyclical and I found myself zoning out while reading at times.
