I loved it! This book is invaluable for teaching about the power of their voice. I was worried the scenes depicting the incident would be too graphic, but this adaptation actually implies the violence instead of showing it. That artistic choice was executed perfectly, as it does not detract from the gut punch reveal and does not try to censor the horror of what happened. Updated from its original print publication to fit modern teen culture, this is an excellent read for those who wish to explore the incredibly hard topic of sexual violence in a meaningful and productive way.
