I again, cannot stop raving about this series. I loved the characters and loved watching their growth throughout the series. I also can't help but love the fantastic love story between Rose and Dimitri, and watching their relationship change and unfold with the pages. Such a great series!!!

Last Sacrifice was the perfect finale to the Vampire Academy series. Richelle Mead managed to tie up the story in a way that was both thrilling and emotional, giving readers everything they could have hoped for—and more. The pacing was nonstop, full of action, danger, and shocking twists that kept me hooked until the very last page.
What I loved most was how the book balanced the suspense with deep emotional payoffs. Rose’s strength and determination truly shine here, but we also get to see her vulnerable side as she faces impossible choices. Her relationships—especially with Dimitri—are handled beautifully, and the romantic tension finally pays off in the most satisfying way.
The mystery element surrounding the Moroi queen’s murder added an extra layer of intrigue, and the revelations were jaw-dropping. Every subplot tied together seamlessly, proving Mead’s storytelling talent.
As a finale, Last Sacrifice delivered closure, heartbreak, redemption, and hope. It’s rare to find a series that sticks the landing this well, but Vampire Academy did just that. A bittersweet, powerful ending to a world I didn’t want to leave.

So like the book was good, I guess? I can't really say i loved it 100% but.... I'm not here to criticize the book, I'm here to gush about the characters.
Firstly, there's Rose. I love Rose. She's as smart, witty and badass as they come. But I can't ignore that she's a bitch, I mean even she knows it. Everyone's saying how she's selfish and all but Rose was extremely selfless for most of her life. I get why she'd want something for herself for once. To me, Lissa iseven more selfish tyan Rose. She's also vain. I know and I still love her. What I however don't love about her is that she's manipulative and deceitful. Adrian is not her first victim. Mason was also a victim. She uses people to get what she wants. AND THEN SHE CHEATED ON ADRIAN AND REFUSED TO TELL HIM BECAUSE SHE MIGHT NEED HIM LATER. She did not help his sad life at all.
Then there's Adrian, my love

Great fluff! Good conclusion to the story (I'm assuming it's the last book, neatly tied up). Compelling characters.
That’s a no for me.
I have to say this started off with so much potential, but then it just got worse and worse. There are two things that really made me dislike this book.
1. How terribly Adrian was treated. He did not deserve this at all.
2. The last minute Tasha twist. I like well developed villains, and I have to say this was not it.
I didn’t like this book. The only books that I really enjoyed were books 4 and 5.
Dimitri and Rose are not a couple worth the hype.
