I don’t really enjoy romantic comedy, so this book wasn’t quite my cup of tea. It didn’t help that I found a rivalry (etc) between a prince and a president’s son to be a bit played out. Despite these major sticking points, I enjoyed the read, which should tell you something about how enjoyable this book is. I had spots where I’d roll my eyes and it would lose me, but for the most part, I did have fun. Anyone who is even lukewarm on romantic comedy will probably enjoy this book.

Holy mother of all new adult contemporaries, this book is amazing! I loved loved loved this book, the romance, the humor, the setting, the drama, and literally everything about it. I’ll write a more comprehensive review soon, but all I can say right now is that you should READ THIS BOOK!

Reread: July 2022

I freaking cried this time. Goddamnit why can’t we have this world.
