I didn鈥檛 care for the marriage in crisis trope so that contributed to my rating.
slow-paced
Definitely not as thrilling as the other two Bergman brother books I鈥檝e read but it鈥檚 a completely different style of love story. It took a while to get into this book, and honestly if I wasn鈥檛 reading this for a book swap idk if I would have finished it馃槵
i could do without some of the tumblr speak but at least there weren鈥檛 any h*rry p*tter related panties this time. still not sure why he had to shit himself at one point

4猸愶笍, my favorite in the series so far. I was shocked I liked this one so much, I'm typically not a second chance romance but I feel like this book didn't play so much into betrayals, because that is not something I get past lol

This is book 3 in the Bergman Brothers series of interconnected standalones by Chloe Liese. This book focuses on Freya, the oldest Bergman sibling.
We got a little teaser in book 2 that Freya and Aiden鈥檚 marriage was on the rocks. My heart was breaking for them at the beginning. They were having such relatable issues and I just wanted to hug them both.
Freya and Aiden are forced together on a Bergman family vacation, which really makes them face their issues. I loved that the Bergman brothers treat Aiden as one of their own and work to help the relationship survive. The rekindling of the romance was a slow burn as Freya and Aiden learned how to express their feelings and what they truly wanted. They both had to choose love over and over. I loved their realistic hesitations, mature communication and how they each took responsibility for where it went wrong.
Somehow, Chloe Liese took some heavy struggles and relationship issues and turned them into a beautiful and emotional story that was easy to read. I loved Freya and Aiden together, and I loved every appearance by another Bergman family member. I am obsessed with this family and excited to keep reading the series!
The audiobook is narrated by CJ Bloom and Nelson Hobbs. Both voices were perfect for these characters! I highly recommend the audiobook!
