Great principles on leadership. The book Probably could have been half the size though.

A fantastic book that I believe everyone, not just business leaders should read. As the title suggests, this book is about trust: what it is, how its built and why it matters in business and in life. I actually came to this book a bit skeptical and didn't expect to learn much. The author met and exceeded my expectations to say the least. You definitely want to add this one to your library.

good content and liked the quotes, but bit of a slow read. could be shortened.
medium-paced

A book that has lots of practical application that isn't just reserved for work. Would recommend reading this a couple of times or note taking as it is dense with content
informative

Note: This review is for the 1 hour audio book read by the author.

While I didn't learn anything profoundly new from this book, I found great value in its shortness, clarity and relentless focus on straightforward business implications for all points that were made.

This was a good read, but it got quite repetitive. The idea that trust is the most important thing totally resonated with me. But the four cores, 13 behaviors and then the 5 layers of trust all were explained with the same examples over and over again.
