I love Helen Hoang and I loved this book. I have so much empathy for Anna and felt that her struggles were such an honest, raw depiction of how hard mental health can be. Quan was such a lovable MMC and the ending felt realistic, and still joyful. I think I still liked the Kiss Quotient and the Bride test better, but they’re all so good.

I enjoyed this book, but unlike the first 2 in the series that seemed to focus equally on the FMC & the MMC, this book felt like it focused mainly on Anna and the romance between her and Quan was secondary. Throughout this series Quan has been a favorite of mine and he went through a lot that I wish we would have seen more of. So that was a bit disappointing

I really liked this! And I loveee Quan so much. This was such an easy read and enjoyable story. But the second half the book does get into some deeper topics so look up TWs if thats your thing. I liked this enough that I immediately went out and bought the Kiss Quotient by the same author.

I adore Anna and Quan! As an artist, people-pleaser and neurodivergent myself, I related to Anna's struggles. It was inspiring and validating to find a Character like Anna ❤️

I feel like the pacing of this book is inconsistent and I didn't like the male narrator nearly as much as the female narrator but the bedroom scenes were still very hot.
