This is such a cute little book and enjoyable read!
It's a lovely addition to the Harry Potter series and I loved Albus Dumbledore's notes after every tale as well as JKR's little insights.
I highly recommend this book to everyone who needs another door that leads back into Harry Potter's world - and someday when I have kids myself, I definitely will read some of the tales to them in addition to our "muggle fairytales".

I'm not sure why but that line stuck with me. It seems the point of Beedle's tales are that this is just life so to try and change or prevent such pain with magic is, essentially, pointless. J.K. Rowling never fails to create such beautiful and dark worlds of magic and fantasy.

I love this book, it's such a magical edition to the Harry Potter world and I love how much JK Rowling has given to this world. This story is so magical and I love it's place in the books and films.
We listened to this book while curled up in a pillow fort without power during a snow storm. I am not sure how much the circumstances influenced my enjoyment of the book, but it was a pleasant diversion. I wouldn't recommend this book, but I also wouldn't not recommend it.
What a fun little book! I loved reading the stories and Dumbledore's comments were spot on.
