Yeah no. She gets assaulted and he uses the video of it as blackmail? She hasn’t even processed this trauma and now it’s being used against her?? And we just gloss over this???? He doesn’t figure this out until much too late in my opinion. Not nearly enough groveling for me. I couldn’t even enjoy the spice because it all felt tainted.

I really think this man can't write a bad book!! I have to read them all now. The two protagonists Naomi and Nico know each other because Naomi is a dancer but also best friends with Nico's younger sister... which is the only reason why he doesn't hurt her when she hears or even sees something that I won't tell you here so as not to ruin the reading. As if that wasn't enough, Nico is convinced that Naomi's father played a major role in an attack on his family. When Nico comes across what he *believes* to be an adult film starring the one and only Naomi Kim, he decides to use it as blackmail to get revenge. Only do you think it will go as he had planned? ... Nico begins to feel feelings he didn't even know he was capable of feeling, he will discover sides he didn't know he had and Naomi will be shocked, because it is really possible to fall in love with your tormentor... Believe me you will be, you will live a roller coaster with this book... if you like these tropes -secret society -overprotective/possessive -fetish of praise and degradation -MMC with piercings -daughter of a politician ex-made man -mafia -older brother of the best friend -from enemies to lovers, then you will love Dance of Ruin madly like me.
