I felt like this had a lot of disconnected plot points and could have used more dialogue between the main love interests and more time getting to know each other vs the insta love thing.

Interesting take. I'm hoping we get more shifter because there wasn't much in this book. Maybe there will be more in the next book. Everything else was great.

I have read ‘Till Death’ by Miranda Lyn and absolutely devoured it. This was better!💜 Her world building is just incredible, and the politics and history that is woven into this world is so well done!🔮✨
Raven Moonstone is such a strong FMC, and I immediately loved her character and her friendship with Kirsi!🤩 Their friendship is so relatable and witty and I loved the banter between them!🥰💜
I also loved the dynamic between the Chosen which only made me root for Raven that much more! The trails were imaginative and gripping, and as soon as they began I really couldn’t put this book down!
I just knew there was more to the Dark King from the very beginning, but without wanting to spoil anything I will leave it there! I just need to start the next book immediately! What a place to end the book!!👀✨
