literally the only reason it’s not a five is because the prose are so removed in a way that i LOVE but towards the end i did get a little confused about the actual plot. i am aware!! that that is MY tiny brain’s fault and if i wasnt reading the ending so quickly on my lunch break, i think i would have done a lil better. this needs to be an A24 film expeditiously

I think I must've missed a lot of the references and metaphors. This book is not quite all vibes no plot, but it was a little too vague for me. Having said that, it did hold my interest throughout and I think the first person plural narrative worked really well for the teenage girl POV.
