Stories of his time filming The Princess Bride. I enjoyed the stories and comments from other actors in this movie...however their box with their views or opinions should have been placed at the end of paragraphs instead of smack dab in the middle of a sentence...having these boxes placed in the middle of a sentence, having to skip over the box to finish the paragraph made the book not flow as well. Despite this, I enjoyed his stories about the making of this movie.

A warm and good-hearted love letter to everyone who worked on The Princess Bride and the whole experience of making it. There are a few little tidbits here that I'll look for the next time I watch the movie (like Cary Elwes working around a broken toe), but no major dirt or drama. The audiobook includes the whole cast plus Rob Reiner reading their own stories about the making of the movie, so it feels like a mix of oral history and celebrity memoir.

Adored this. It was charming and funny and genuinely interesting. It is read mostly by Elwes himself, and that just adds soooo much. I'm a total sucker for read by the author celebrity memoirs, but I think this one in particular would be much better listened too than read.
