Unlike other self help books, there is no fluff to fill pages in this book. The author lists 100 points and is very to the point and concise. Loved it!

I have mixed feelings about this one. Not everything resonated with me - some of it seems absurd - but still, I found some habits that might be good to try to implement in my life.
Won't rate it with stars, I don't think a book like this can be put on that kind of scale.

I wanted to like this book more than I did. While it is beautiful with some great nuggets of advice, but a lot of times, I found the chapter headlines confusing. They didn't match the text that followed. Also, some of the advice lacked practical steps in order to carry them out, leaving the concepts too abstract for my taste.
But the illustrations are beautiful and I hope to eventually live a more peaceful, simple, and less burdened life.
