I learned a bit more about the war. I also learned even more significantly the power of God and the love he is able to share in the darkest of places. His power is unmeasurable and He works in amazingly mysterious ways. Truth upon truth. Glory upon glory. God is living and active, His Word is living and active. God never fails, His promises are true. This book may be about Corrie and the war but the book really is mostly about God and his mighty hand. His grace and His mercy and His Story of light and love and truth and salvation being available to everyone should they accept it.

I will think about this book and the work God has done in Corrie’s life for a long time and hopefully that helps me see the work God has done in my life as well. ❤️
