Such a mixed experience - it had a lot of drag time in the middle.. if you like mysterious and important schoolwork this might be your thing. Moments of brilliance surrounded by stretches of tedium. Narration was lovely.

I think the concept was interesting and I felt myself wanting to read more. A little bit slow in the middle and a very confusing end, but I liked the abstract parts of the book.

I just keep thinking about this book, and how the reader just gets swept into the story. It's absolutely marvelous. I cannot wait for the rest of the series to be translated into English.
