I don’t even know what to say except I loved this book so freaking much.

The basic premise is that Asher is a stalker. He stalks a woman named Poppy, has her car tracked, has cameras in her house, watches her sleep, watches her work. He also doesn’t deny the fact that he is crazy obsessed with her.

The thing is that I started the book knowing all that, and still somehow liked Asher. I don’t understand how or why, but I was totally rooting for Asher the whole way through. I know I sound crazy, but I think having alternating chapters in his point of view helped. Either that, or Alex Grayson is just really freaking talented.

Poppy was a likable, believable character. While she came across as a little naïve at the start, and somehow completely missed the connection between Sterling and Asher, she reacted to a lot of stuff the way I would have. And I totally understood how she felt attracted to someone watching her.

Liv and Tony were awesome characters, and I loved how Liv took care of her and handled the Asher situation. I also enjoyed learning about Asher’s family, but I was not prepared for the reason he spent a year stalking Poppy instead of approaching her. Like, crap. I felt so bad for him and Poppy when he revealed what was up.

Somehow this book was a romance between a stalker and his victim. Every part of me knows that shouldn’t make sense, but it does in this book.

Honestly, even if you don’t like the idea of this book, you should give it a go anyway. I was so sure I’d hate the characters and storyline, but I enjoyed it immensely.

I should not have liked this as much as I did. How the author managed to make this romantic, when it should have been anything but, is pretty dang amazing. I didn't see the twists. Nor, did I see the reasons why he did what he did.

Very VERY well done.

This book was fantastic. Alex has a way of turning stalking into a yummy fetish instead of a totally creepy gross thing haha. The H is hot and his devotion and obsession of the h is sweet and hot and it’s everything you insta love ladies crave. Not only did it have so much that I love in a book it was also a really well written story. For an insta book the characters for me were developed and had some depth. I even wanted more of some of the secondary characters too. If your looking for an insta love and smutty book with a solid story to it too then this ones your next read.

Definitely liked this one. Was gonna give 4 stars but I didn't like how he used his sickness to excuse why he didn't approach her and she accepted that excuse. It just wasn't satisfying. Other than that I enjoyed the story a lot. The ending was super dramatic but it was good.

Sooo. Goood.

So this started off super slow and I was worried that I wouldn’t enjoy this book as much as others the author has written. I was wrong! At about 55%, the intensity goes off the charts. I stayed up past my bed time to finish this. Could not put it down.

Stalker trope ... meh. Finished it but it was kind of touch and go. He really messed with her head at one point playing off his other self and that bugged me more than some of the other really questionable stuff. And then with the other stalker story line? Like that guy was wrong or took it too far but Sterling didn’t? .... yeah I don’t think I like this trope.
