Is there such thing as a sweet stalker or a stalker with SOME boundaries? Well, that’s the vibe and it was great.
I have to say a lot of things about this book, but I won't be able to cause I fear I may spill some spoiler. So the only thing I would like to say is that, this is one of the best stalker book.
Honestly I didn’t love this book as much as I thought I would, but I still really liked it. I was planning on eating this four stars but there was a part I honestly didn’t see coming which made me bump it up to five stars!

I saw a review for this book online and it intrigued me. I've not read anything by this author before, so wasn't sure if it would be my thing. I like dark romance and this book have me that along with a sweetness you don't normally get from a stalker story. I was rooting for Asher all the way, even finding his quirky nature at not caring what he had to do to see the woman he adored. Poppy was sweet, too trusting and friendly, only wanting to find someone, have her one person that she was prepared to risk her heart with two men. The complications of a second stalker and his nefarious ways, had me guessing to the end, who he could be. It was a great book and truly felt engrossed in the story.

And girl, are you serious? He put fucking cameras in your home and broke in to watch you while you were sleeping! And you forgive him because he never physically hurt you? Like invading your privacy and letting someone else obtain access of feed from cameras so they both can see you naked and vulnerable in your own home, where you're supposed to feel SAFE.

The guy in this book was just creepy some of you might have liked him but for me its a no.
When I read this last year i was like damn this is a Good book but now I'm like no what was wrong with me (safe to say i have mixed emotions about it but most of them are negative ☠)

Endless Obsession is a standalone novel by Alex Grayson and wow what novel it is. The story is about Asher Knight and Poppy Lexington. Asher has been silently watching Poppy for a year, staying hidden in the shadows, biding his time. She knows him as two different men. Poppy became Asher’s without her even knowing it – he knows her secrets, her habits, her preferred coffee, her favourite lingerie and he even knows that she sleeps naked. At night he watches her through her window, during the day through his computer. Asher wants to claim every single part of Poppy – even though he knows when she finally finds out what he’s done she is very likely to hate him. Asher cannot resist though – Poppy is his endless obsession.
OMG!!!! This book is just totally off the charts AMAZING!!!!! I’m not sure you are supposed to like someone who stalks, plants cameras in people’s apartments and blindfolds you so you don’t know who he is or what he looks like but I do! I have to say I think Asher Knight is now my endless obsession! This book had me captivated as soon as I read the synopsis and once I actually started reading it I was not disappointed. I laughed, I cried, I gasped and I found my new book boyfriend!! Not only is this book definitely in the cannot put down category but it will also leave you with the dreaded book hangover.
The book is written from both characters point of view which I always love but I think it works particularly well for this story as we can see what is happening to Poppy but we also get to hear Asher’s reasoning behind why he does what he does. It gives the story extra depth and you feel like you get to know the characters more. I mean did I mention Asher??? – Hmmmmm he can stalk me any day !
This is the first book that I have read by this author and I’m definitely going to be looking out for more. It is without doubt one of the best books that I have read so far this year!
Be prepared to go on a crazy roller coaster with this story, one minute you hate and then you love – it’s certainly had me questioning my sanity (I still LOVE Asher though!!)

"You are the single most important thing I would give everything up for."
I really thought this book would be a slam dunk for me (I love stalkers), and really, it was in a lot of ways. However, it fell short in other ways, too. I really had a hard time connecting with either main character on an emotional level. The writing was clean- little to no grammar errors or typos- but it was very abrupt at times, almost too technical. I like my writing more on the lyrical and descriptive side, so I think the curt language is why I didn't attach to the characters (it was alternating POV). That being said, the sex was pretty damn hot and most of the plot was suspenseful and engaging, so for the most part, I enjoyed myself the whole time I was reading this.
It wasn’t until recently that I’d gotten myself into a position where I could approach her the way I want to; however, I’m not ready just yet. I’m having too much fun with my current game— a game she knows nothing about, but still participates in. Hell, who am I kidding? This isn’t a game, it’s more of an uncontrollable obsession. I love watching her, knowing she’s oblivious to it. It turns me on more than anything, or anyone, has before.
This Poppy and Asher's story. Poppy has been Asher's personal assistant for around a year, and Asher has been down-low obsessed with her the entire time. He has been sending her flowers as a secret admirer- sweet, huh? However, he has also been stalking her, and I am not using that term loosely. He installed cameras in her house to watch her, he breaks into her house to watch her sleep, and he watches her undress from outside her window. He makes Edward Cullen look detached. He has his reasons for waiting an entire year to make a move, and when he does, everything goes to shit, mostly because he handles everything in the worst possible ways. From there, things escalate... and then an outside threat closes in.
I’m still trying to come to grips with what happened, how I feel about it, and how fucked up it makes me.
On paper, Poppy was a likable enough heroine. She was definitely sympathetic; both of her parents have passed away, and her only significant relationship ended when she found him in bed with another woman on the same day her mother died. Her luck starts to turn when she lands a great job at Silver Technologies. Not long after she begins working, she starts receiving flowers every single week. After almost a year of fairly harmless behavior like this, the stalker really ups his game by reaching out to her out of the blue. I didn't blame Poppy for being interested in her stalker, especially considering that in her eyes, he hadn't done anything worse than send her flowers for a full year. I would've been interested in who would do such a thing- and why- as well. What bothered me about her was that she always seemed to think or say what she thought she should feel, instead of how she really felt. Girl, just embrace the fact that you like your men a little on the wrong side of sane! I feel like we never really got to know Poppy, we just knew how she felt about things like being stalked and Atlanta traffic. She was fairly average and plain, which wouldn't have been a big deal if this larger-than-life man wasn't obsessed with her the second he saw her for the first time.
I need her to want me as much as I want her.
Asher, AKA Sterling, was an interesting enough character. He started Silver Technologies because he has elite hacking skills, which is helpful when you're a total voyeuristic creep. I wanted to hate the way he violated Poppy's privacy, and I did, but that doesn't mean he wasn't sexy at times. The man had a filthy mouth on him, and to his credit, he definitely never wanted to hurt Poppy. That being said, he did hurt her. She ended up very hurt because of his poor decisions. His recklessness with Poppy's safety didn't really mesh with his whole over-the-top alpha, possessive thing he had going on. Furthermore, I did believe he truly loved her, and that she was it for him, but I never really got a good grasp of why. It was like we were supposed to believe it was just because he fell in love with her at first sight, but couldn't go after her then. Still, like I said earlier, it's not what a normal person does. I feel like I could've loved Asher if I had somewhat of an explanation, maybe from his past, that would've explained his behavior beyond what we were given. It's a shame, too, because his description was dreamy as hell, he was rich and successful, and he was a beast in the sack. Just a little bit more character development could've pushed him over the edge, but even without it, he was still the best and most interesting part of this book.

The plot moved along at a good pace. There were a couple twists at the end; one I saw coming from miles away, the other I didn't. Both twists worked, though, and I thought the epilogue was fun, hot, and sweet. Another thing I really liked- Poppy's relationship with her best friend, Liv, and Liv's fiancee Tony. There was no drama, just support, and I loved the way they cared for her. This was definitely an enjoyable read, I think it just frustrated me because it had the potential to be an excellent one, but just didn't quite make it there.
