Ugh, always a like-hate relationship with Patterson’s books. This one not much to like- juvenile writing, cartoonish characters, and over the top implausible plot. So am I going to continue reading the series? Yeah, probably the next one will be better. But this wasn’t it.

Bleh. What a soupy mess. Aside from a solitary chase scene towards the end, the writing was loose. The man took a class in the Dan Brown school of writing such that I was on Chapter 102 on page 325, but without the little ticks that makes Brown popcorn-enjoyable. The characterisation was non-existent, and the handling of the multiple villains was sloppy.
Overall, not a good show.
