I have no words for this book…… well I have several words but STUNNED is one of them. Bamboozled is another one. I cannot BELIEVE that ending are you kidding me???? I read this book in two days because it had me in a chokehold. This is the perfect spooky fall time read. I read it on kindle unlimited but you know when I love a book I need me a physical copy of it!! The angst and tension in the book was amazing. I am obsessed with Willow and how badass she is. We typically do not see a FMC who knows her powers are bada$$ right off the gate but this girl sure does. And she kicks major a$$ in the first few pages. It’s seriously impressive. If you love gothic paranormal romances with vampires and witch’s and wolves oh my!! You will love this book. You need to have it on your TBR for the fall time!! I am SPRINTING to go read the second book now!! I give this
I loved all the witchiness to it. This book is definitely a good book. You have Willow who is a feisty FMC and doesn’t let up no matter what tries to break her. You have Gray who does everything he can to get Willow to fall for him. I loved how their banter and how they give and take. Towards the end was when I was losing my mind. It definitely throws you off and you don’t know whether to love or hate it but it ends so well leading up to the next book.

Už při čtení jsem si celou dobu říkala, jak si na recenzi na tuto knihu smlsnu. V 90 % případů je kniha laciná, povrchní, nedomyšlená a hlavní hrdinka naivní (i když jako vždy vládne neuvěřitelně mocnými schopnostmi a je ta vyvolená). V polovině čtení jsem zjistila, že je spisovatelka autorkou i Její duše na pospas a od té doby se nebylo čemu divit. Takže se tu bohužel nic nového od Její duše napospas nekoná. Co mě ale pozitivně překvapilo je posledních 15 stran. Ty byly dobré a dějový zvrat překvapí. Čtenáři ale stejně už od půlky knihy poznají, kdo MMC je. Komu to nedojde, bude překvapen - ale pochybuji, že by to někomu nesecvaklo. Kniha byla tedy do tohoto trochu lepšího konce až tak špatná a banální, že mi dělalo velké problémy to dočíst, pouze moje OCD mě donutilo číst dál. Ani díky těm posledním 15 stranám to nemá smysl číst. No, slabé 2.75* (protože Její duše na pospas je ještě slabší a tam jsem šla na 2.5*).
