Awesome. I can not believe this was written by the same author as the Twilight Saga. It's night and day where writing style is concerned. There is only one very small similarity, which I will not divulge because it's completely insignificant to me. Very interesting concepts and very enjoyable read, especially the ending.

This one really picked up in the last hundred pages or so, but generally it wasn’t for me.

I was worried about this book being too weird or too creepy because of the subject but Meyer really does a great job of making it palatable. I loved the characters and the world Meyer builds. A good read after devouring the Twilight series and needing more.
