This was a fun read with plenty of twists and turns.

I listened to the audiobook on this one. I almost didn't read this because the reviews weren't great, but I actually really liked this. I really liked the character development and surprises along the way. There was a part towards the end that really made me think about my own existence.

I quite liked this one.

3.5 starts - 4 stars

Story of the 2 women who is in the opposite of the spectrum- a con artist and a social media influencer. I like the character of Nina in the first part. It is interesting how the author developed her character from a con artist to a mark at the same time. While Vanessa’s character, I was having a hard time to connect the high profile, society girl influencer to her insecure personality. There was only a glimpse of her in the first part and the switch was too abrupt for me. Though I liked the twist in the story, I still believed that any crime should not go unpunished.

Overall, it’s a good and interesting read. It will keep you for reading for more and wanting to find out the what’s next.

I felt that this one was slow to get started and I had a hard time getting into it. I ended up enjoying it though

Makes you love and then hate and then love the main characters over and over. Good twists, became predictable at the end. Had a complete and happy enough ending.

This book didn’t need to be so long, and it wasn’t exactly what I would call a “page turner,” but it had beautiful moments and some great insights and overall was an enjoyable porch read.

Wow! This book was something else. The writing was spectacular. She flawlessly took you back-and-forth from one POV to the next and from one time period to another. Her descriptions Perfectly suited to the tone, and the narrative was seamless. I’m almost afraid to start another book now because this one was so well done. The story is spectacular. I highly recommend it.
