Loved the ending and the buildup to it but the first 300- maybe more pages were very slow. I’d love to recommend it to people solely for the ending but don’t want to put anyone through the excruciating task of reading the first 2/3s of the book. The multiple POVs was cool too but a lot of insignificant details could have been cut.
I throughly enjoyed the two versions/POVs of “Pretty Things”. Both main characters, Nina and Vanessa had legitimate reasons they thought validated their actions, but in the end, everything they took was just a means to an end.
This was a very well constructed story and I loved all the plot twists, not to mention betrayal and clever con artistry.

Really like this novel as there was never one dull moment. You always wonder what is coming next and the twists and turns kept coming. Didn’t expect the ending and that was really really good since I’ve read so many of this sort of novel. Good job.
