Despite how long it took me to read this (darn you real life) I was super anxious reading this. I loved it so much considering how much time has passed between when I finished TGISE.

This series is so awesome, I am so glad to have found it. I heard someone else say "the perfect combination of Dexter and 50 Shades" and that is the perfect explanation. I cannot wait to pick up the last book.
The second installment to Deanna Madden's Trilogy, it sort of satisfied my Deanna's craziness but i really want to read the third book as soon as possible, you simply can't get enough of the brilliant main character.
Do Not Disturb might be a bit better than The Girl in 6E, it was darker and we got to know the characters more, it felt more personal. Very suspenseful and thrilling as the first book. but this one had more romance (Which i'm not a fan of) but it surprisingly worked out wonderfully in this book. along with the cybersex and erotic contents of the book.
Looking forward to the third book.

Book 2
Is Deanna a bad person? Or do bad things just happen to her? You’ll have to be the judge. I liked book 2 better than book 1.

Do Not Disturb was a very interesting follow up to The Girl in 6E. After killing the pedophile in the last book, Deanna is feeling more and more adventurous. In this book, she buys a car and falls in love, but her life is filled with complications that may never allow her to have a normal life. Deanna is a tough character to like, and these books about her are hard to read, but Torre has made her someone to root for. I can't say I feel good after reading these books about Deanna, but I can't stop reading them either. According to an author's note at the end of this book, Torre made some plot choices that she wasn't sure about, but if she hadn't made those choices, I don't believe that I could have continued to root for Deanna and want to read more about her. Definitely a dark story that would not be for everyone, but very well written and well worth the read.

I think I just lost interest in this series and I'm seeing way too many problematic patterns to be able to enjoy it, especially ableist language and using rape and mental illness as plot devices... Not going to be continuing on with it.
