I had a good time especially in the last third but I did feel parts were repetitive and all of the fight scenes were very similar. Happy I finished the book however I will not be continuing the series.

I actually adored this book! It was, in my opinion, way better than the first one. Not only was the pace better, but the plot twists had me actively waiting for the book to continue.

Really felt like this one dragged compared to the first book. Repetitive lines / inner monologues, parts of the world building were more revealed in this book compared to the first, but not enough imo. Plot was rushed by the end and was tough to finish
