I read this book because it was on the GoodReads top romances of 2013 and no one had nominated it...then patrons kept requesting others in the series and I kept buying more copies. Hmmm. I must be missing something I said to myself as I read the reviews and rolled my eyes a little. Sex between two people that loathe each other? That's always hot.
So, I read it. My eyes kept rolling but yet I kept reading. I'd put it down, shake my head and then find myself back reading it. Damn it!! Quality? No. Enjoyment? Yes. Ask me to define it more than that and I will shake my head and roll my eyes.

If you want to read about immature, unrealistic, detailed sex encounters in an office setting, this is the book for you. If you're looking for a well written book with an actual story and plot move on.

You know that viral tik-tok or Instagram song that says something about being saucy and having the sauce. Well this book has the sauce.
I enjoyed this book, and my expectations were met. This book is entertaining, tons of sass, some romance, and just the smallest amount of this could happen in real life but hopefully not because there are some HR issues.

Too much smut to the point of being gratuitous. The characters were not fully fleshed out and I just didn’t care for their “love story”.
Solid 2.5 read. Honestly Bennett/Mr. Ryan was way too much of an asshole and the switch was too sudden for me to be invested in the couple. But he did turn into a simp in the last 1/3 of the book and I love a good simp. Yessss Mr. Ryan go be obsessed with her, tell her you want to be in her life in whatever way she wants but that you can't go back to a world without her.

weeeeeeelll, what can I say. A bit of plot between the sex scenes would have been better, I did not particularly like the repertition of teh scenes seeing them from either POV, even though I understand why it was done. I don't think I'm going to ready any other books in the series
