So I feel like there are two separate Christina Lauren eras. Era 1: sweet contemporary romance stories, Era
2: whatever this genre of inappropriate romances that are 90% explicit encounters. This is not in my beloved era 1. Fuck this guy and this toxic "romance?"

Well, I think this might just be my first 1 star rating. This book was terrible. Parts of it were so bad, they were comical. I had no idea that it was another Twilight fan fiction until after I started reading it. My Aunt had actually mentioned that she was reading it so I figured I'd give it a go. What a bad idea that was.

Right from the start, I couldn't connect with either of the main characters, I just couldn't wrap my head around them. And Bennett's obsession with Chloe's ripped underwear... What in the ever loving fuck?

It was the same thing over, and over again... They would fight, and then have sex. It got old fast. Sure, they ended up falling in love, but sometimes, love just isn't enough.
