This book was so good. I loved the plot, the character just all of it. I enjoyed so much of it.

I have had this book on my TBR since it was first published and have only just read it for the first time in my 30s. Well worth the wait. Haddix makes such intricate and well developed worlds and characters. You know the middle grade book is good when I can enjoy it in my 30s and recommend it to the middle schoolers in my life.

I read this book so that when my 13-year-old son reads it we could discuss it. It's a page-turner. I enjoyed it. I'll update the review after he finishes the book.

I loved this book. I haven't read a book this quickly in a long time. I couldn't put it down no matter how hard I tried. The only problem now will be waiting for her to write the rest of the series. It's suspenseful, and a storyline that I've never read before. So good!

I read this for our teen book club at the library and I think our teens will like it. I thought it was an entertaining first book of a series and it left you wanting to pick up the next one.

An easy read but an intriguing concept. These children began as normal teenagers, but as the plot develops a mystery begins to come to light. The characters are relate able, and the ending, although not quite a cliffhanger, makes the reader want to continue to the next in the series.
