Significantly less good than the first of the series, but I will still read the next book. The story is just majorly fragmented.  This story is as if the author wanted to write a vast traveling epic, but gave no thought to how the characters would travel between locations so the transitions are majorly disjointed. Fantastic vibes, poor execution.

The first book was fine - great ideas not so greatly executed. 

This book is just chaos but not in a good fun way, in a bad wtf was the author trying to do way. I just didn’t think it was very clever or well written.
