This book is easy, uncomplicated, and predictable. If you have a reading goal to read x number of books this year this one is pretty low hanging fruit. Good for reading on a flight, waiting for appointments. It's a romance but the spice like is salt and pepper. If your grandma or mother in law saw it in your table no flags or eyebrows would raise.

DNF - I was really frustrated by the unbelievability of this circumstance. If Lipman wanted to do a closed door romance, use Covid. This was too unbelievable to be fun.
