I’m a sucker for a celebrity memoir read by the author, and this one is fantastic. Honest and relatable.
Short thoughts:
2.5 stars if I had read it on text
3.75 stars rounded up in audio format. Hearing it read in her own voice and emotion was much more impactful.

Started out great and halfway through felt like she was just trying to finish. 3 stars for audiobook because busy reads it. And I do love her
Smart, funny, real, and raw. Such a beautiful and quick read!
3.5 stars. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would considering I have not watched much with Busy. It was great to listen to in the car.
I really like Busy and so I was happy that this book didn’t alter my perspective of her. She’s brash, loud, unapologetic, and crass - and I love that about her. She tells lots of interesting anecdotes and some that are infuriating (like the one where she’s raped, or the one with James Franco). My only qualm with her book was how so many words were italicized for emphasis. I know that is how she talks, and probably how her friends and family talked in these conversations, but italics were way overused. Otherwise, I loved it and I want to be bffs with Busy.
