A quick read to understand breath work and it’s use’s. Not really a book to help you master it, which is why he recommends so many other books for a deeper practice and understanding.

This book had a few really interesting things the asthmatic in me was fascinated by but near the end it got way too hippy dippy for my liking. I’m still glad I read it and I will definitely use some of the breathing techniques.

Meditating is hard! This book is all about breath...wait, didn't I just say meditating is hard? It is, but when you learn how to focus on the breath and know its importance, then you can just breathe. 

There are some helpful breathing tips, different breath patterns to use in different situations. Read if you're looking to improve your meditation or interested in breathing and how it affects your brain!
