MY FAVORITE BOOK! I smiled, I laughed, I cried. So much emotion, so much love, beautiful, perfect! This book was a masterpiece and I loved every word. The first book I annotated because there were so many beautiful moments I wanted to remember.

I adored the love interest and the way he interacted with Macy. The friendip their relationship is founded on is so cute. I also enjoyed how the ending brought everything together in a satisfying way. The beginning half was probably my favorite.

Sooooo intense. Like teenage/young adult hyper-emotional intense. There is a lot of trauma surrounding parent loss in this book, and it is excruciating to hear. But it takes the process step by painful step, so it’s believable. Problem is that it’s so believable that it’s hard to swallow. Not really light entertainment at all.
