Cute book to read to the children in your life. My nieces loved it. They loved seeing someone that looked like them with hair like theirs.
We all need a little love, hair or otherwise. Great book to pair with Crown by Derrick Barnes
Touching story and illustrations that jump off the page, this book belongs in every home and preschool. A young Black girl’s love for herself and celebration of her hair’s powers really lets the love of her parents shine in the end. Priceless.
