3.5 stars! Suspenseful and a little creepy. I definitely liked it better than The Prince of the Mist.
What a strange story, but then again, I shouldn't be surprised. Zafon's books always have this slightly unreal and fantastical quality to them, and Marina is no exception. A slightly chilling read, but lacking the emotional quality necessary to truly raise the stakes.

No havia llegit Zafón abans i he de dir que "Marina" m'ha encantat. El fet que estigui ambientat en una Barcelona antiga i gòtica i que els protagonistes investiguin el passat del misteriós Mijail Kolvenik transmet inquietud i intriga, i això no us deixarà anar fins que acabeu el llibre. M'ha encantat com està escrit i la història en si, i també com Zafón ens va donant pistes per nosaltres ser capaços d'anar esbrintant la veritat dels fets explicats. Em quedo amb aquesta sensació de suspens que trobem a cada pàgina, cada paraula, i amb els girs argumentals que sorprenen més d'una vegada. Definitivament, continuaré llegint Zafón.
Aunque algunos detalles de su estructura pueden verse un poco repetitivos (se narra una nueva historia cada vez que conocen a un personaje importante para la historia) no se puede negar que Zafón es un autor que escribe de manera muy cinematográfica, transportándolo a uno a cada escenario.
Hubo bastantes cosas en este libro que me hicieron poner los ojos en blanco pero me entretuvo, así que le pongo un treh (un 2,5 en realidad pero eso)
