Katherine Center is supposed to be an auto buy for me LOL but i struggled with this one tbh - I definitely did enjoy the last 30% which is why i rated it a 3.75 but i found some parts of the plot annoying and i think i had a hard time rooting for the main female character.
but i liked Joe! & ngl i figured out the plot but i feel like that wasn't the point of the book anyways :)
still - a decent book! might've been less irritating if i didn't listen to this on audiobook lol

Hello Stranger was the second book I've read from this author and probably my favorite so far. I jokingly said that this would be a 5 star book for me just because of the little old dog, named Peanut because I also had a little old dog named Peanut. The way Sadie felt about her dog was such a relatable and adorable part of this book for me. I loved the MC's the side characters and thought that the premise was so interesting. I also loved learning a little about facial blindness. There were a few things that were a bit predictable, but for the most part I adored everything about this one.

I liked Bodyguard. Like a lot. This was not good. Like at all. No offense to any and all who like it but it just did not do it for me and was hard to even try and enjoy.
