This book was SO boring. The first one wasn’t good but at least it had more of a plot than this one. There was nothing compelling about this book at all. It was exhausting. Longest 400 pages I’ve forced myself through in a while.

I am gutted ! I remember I had such a great time with the first book and this sequel fell incredibly flat. The ending of the first one promised an epic fight to come and literally nothing happened ! The final fight happened 90% into the second book and before that nothing was going on.
