This book was so disappointing. I almost DNF’d it several times. It made me realize that this could’ve been a trilogy. The last three books were repetitive and unnecessary. Literally the same thing kept happening over and over. How many times do you need to raid a resistance camp, someone get hurt and have oli come out at the end of the battle and kill them all? Bummed out that I wasted so much time to read this. If I never read the word bonded again it will be too soon. Highly disappointed.

This book is the culmination of a surprisingly entertaining series. It is wrapped up in a very pretty package but my only complaint is that, in the end, it was too easy. Sure, it was a good plan, it just seems like they would have struggled more than they did after 6 books of build up.
Ever been frustrated that the end of the book is rushed? Look no further, this entire book is ‘the end of the book’ series.
In all seriousness, I did like that we got a full ‘end’ to the series and closed off lots of questions & loose ends. Once I got my head around the bond itself being such a big part of the plot, I really got on with this story.
But this did not need to be 6 books…
