It's an 'okay' book series. I think if I read this as a teenager, I would definitely think this is a huge gag and one of the best series created of all time.
The plot is good but the twists are underwhelming and repetitive. It's getting tiring like there's nothing new, it's always someone getting kidnapped by the Resistance. I expected something bigger that will gag me for the ending but no, it's a big 'EH'.
I'm just relieved that I finally finished this series.

I loved this series and then it got so boringggg
This is probably the first 5-part reverse harem series that I have finished and the second overall, which is a testament to this series in and of itself.
Is it Nobel Prize-worthy? no. But does it entertain, and is it at least decent in all its aspects? Yes.
If you've stuck through the series until the end, you know what to expect from the last book. It ties everything up nicely. It's not giving us any big surprises, but I don't think anyone expects big things from this book or series in general.
All in all this series was pleasant and entertaining and I will be looking at more of the author's work

It took me a few days to read the first 3 or 4 books and MONTHS to finish the series. The story just gets super repetitive and stretched out. Overall good ending to the series, but it really didn’t need to be 6 books.
